Cancellation policy

Refund less $10 per person cancellation fee if cancelling at least 24 hours prior to travel. Any booking fees paid are non refundable. If you prefer we can put your booking on hold for you to use within a 12 month period.

Child fares

Are for children aged 14 and under, please enter the child’s name and their mobile. Please also provide the name of the adult and their phone numbers, dropping them to the bus and collecting at their destination.

COVID travel information

  • Our buses are cleaned in the morning, during the day, and again in the evening

  • If you feel unwell please do not travel, let us know ASAP and we will change your booking to another day or refund as per our Cancellation Policy.

  • If the bus is unable to operate due to COVID or lockdown restrictions you will get a full refund or credit
